Having gone to high school and college in Sacramento my initial job took me to the bay area. However, I am now back and living in Folsom. While I continue to work my business in the bay area I also am working locally. Throughout my career I have been very active in real estate. I served 10 years as not only a CAR director but a director of my local association, 2 yrs as a NAR director and have been involved in Women's Council for 19 years. I have held every local office, been a DVP twice and served as the Parlimentarian for the state chapter. I have also served on numerous committees at the local association level in addition to state and national committees. In 2006 I was named Realtor of the Year and in 2007 I was named Community Service Award winner of the year. I believe in giving back so I also volunteer for various non-profits. I am an affordable housing advocate and have been instrumental on the board of a housing foundation which provides financing for units as well as a down payment assistance program. In Folsom I volunteer for the Murer Foundation and am in the garden club. As a cancer survivor I also participate in cancer events raising money for research to hopefully one day obliterate the disease. It is a pleasure and honor to now be a part of the Sacramento chapter.
